Axle Payments, the freight and logistics finance platform, has rebranded as Denim following the closing of a $126 million Series B round. The equity funds of US$26 million will be used to scale the enterprise platform, while the US$100 million in debt financing will be used to provide working capital for freight brokers and to expand field service products.

GETIDA announces strategic investment for its platform for Amazon sellers

Accounting and reconciliation services company GETIDA, which helps Amazon sellers achieve the best possible profitability, has announced it has received an investment that will allow it to grow and diversify. German software company Candis raises $16 million to expand AP automation

German accounts payable automation software provider Candis has reportedly raised $16 million in funding and said it will use the new investment to continue expanding. The platform has seen 20 billion invoices processed – a ninefold increase in two years, Tech Funding News (TFN) reported. Candis will also use the funding to launch corporate credit cards and expand its comprehensive solution to cover everything from purchase to payment.

BigCommerce promotes crypto payments with BitPay, CoinPayments

Open SaaS e-commerce platform BigCommerce offers cryptocurrency payment solutions to its customers in select countries through strategic partnerships with crypto app BitPay and global crypto payments gateway CoinPayments. BigCommerce Chief Sales Officer Marc Ostryniec said in a press release, “A new era of consumers who are passionate about transactions with crypto, and we’re helping them in that.”

Codat, an application programming interface (API) for small business data, will work with nCino, a cloud banking company, to automate and accelerate the way banks can underwrite small business loans. NCino’s services help reduce the time it takes banks to transfer information from a borrower’s financial statements to the bank’s financial analysis program. E-commerce order fulfillment provider, PFS, has launched a pop-up fulfillment center for L’Oréal’s SkinCeuticals brand. When SkinCeuticals – which is not a current PFS order fulfillment customer – had a retailer loyalty program that required a one-time fulfillment process, PFS leveraged its RetailConnect product to enable a “quick and inexpensive” pick-pack-shop solution, without all the complexities integrations.
